Fearn & Clement are an established gift company serving both the Corporate and Personal customer, specialising in Sterling Silver and Silver Plate items.

We have a wide range of gifts ranging from cufflinks to desk accessories, ladies gifts, photo frames, presentation pieces to wedding and Christening presents. We have sourced from many of the top designers, craftsmen and manufacturers and all our silverware is made in this country.

In addition we also manufacture small items such as bespoke cufflinks and other pieces. This allows us to offer the opportunity of having a bespoke gift made at a realistic price. We can also create these gifts for corporate clients and the unit prices are still less than most standard prices.

Our Shopping List service has proved popular with our clients, here we work from a detailed brief to provide them with a shopping list of ides from which they then choose a short list. We then e-mail them illustrations from the short list and they then either make a choice or can see samples. This has the benefit of saving time and allows us to provide gifts that are tightly linked into the event, target audience or the message that they are trying to put across.

We have no distinct boundaries to our range, no ties to any suppliers, no hindering links; our soul aim is to provide the right gift tailored to our client's needs and budget.

To enhance our pieces we can have most of them engraved with names, initials or logos.

Ordering

Prices
Prices shown in the shopping section include VAT.  Prices shown within the Corporate sector are exclusive of VAT.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Payment can be made by BACS, Company or Personal Cheques, or Credit Card.  For payment by invoice our terms are 30 days from date of invoice.  Goods for non UK customers will only be despatched on receipt of payment.
Fearn & Clement is entitled to interest on any unpaid purchase price from the due date until payment at the rate of 2% per annum above the National Westminster Bank plc base rate prevailing from time to time.

Delivery
Postage and packing within the prices listed.  Delivery for corporate clients is free within Central London.

Specification
All goods are subject to availability.  Any description, size, dimensions, colour, style etc are given in good faith, however we can not guarantee that they are absolutely correct.  We are not liable for any specification changes with or without notice.

Damaged Goods and Returns
All items delivered damaged or broken must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt and returned within 7 days.  Items will be replaced or credited provided damage occurs prior to delivery or if there if clear indication of a manufacturing fault.
The issuing of replacements or credit notes is a Fearn & Clements discretion.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail, post or fax.  They may be made up to 2 days prior to delivery for non-personalised items.  For personalised items cancellation must be before actual personalisation occurs.  For bespoke gifts cancellation can be at any time, however any costs incurred by Fearn & Clement must be met.  All cancellations will incur an administration cost of 7.5% of the value of the invoice.

Title Claim
These goods remain the property of Fearn & Clement until such time as they are paid for.  The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Fearn & Clement until full payment has been received from the buyer.

Copying
Fearn and Clement retains sole ownership of its original design work and accordingly all goods are sold on the understanding that they shall not be copied or reproduced in any material form without Fearn & Clement' prior written agreement.  In the event of any unauthorised copying Fearn & Clement will take legal action.

Liability
The limit of Fearn & Clement's liability hereunder shall not exceed the price of the undelivered goods or goods accepted back by Fearn & Clement under the terms hereof and Fearn & Clement shall under no circumstances be liable in contract or tort or otherwise for any indirect or consequential damage loss or expense however caused whether to the buyer or any person or thing whether arising directly or indirectly from negligence of the seller or anyone for whom the sell is vicariously liable.

This contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Courts of England shall have jurisdiction there over.
